Maker Faire Philadelphia 2025 will take place on Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm.
The Faire will be held on the beautiful Cherry Street Pier and Race Street Pier, along the Delaware River.

TOOOL PHL is coming to the Maker Faire! Whether you're a novice who just stumbled upon Lockpicking Lawyer, a seasoned safecracker, or somewhere in between, come join us for an afternoon of fun as we pop some locks.
Pixel Reboot
The Mobile Gaming Unit, or M.G.U. (pronounced “MaGoo”), started as a USPS delivery truck. In 2019, it transformed into a solar-powered video game studio. Now, it entertains crowds in NYC and beyond, bridging online gaming with sidewalk audiences!
MicroKits: Synths and Theremin Kits
You can build your own electronic musical instruments with MicroKits! Use our kit to build your own Theremin, or connect everyday objects to our synthesizer to build your own keyboard. We’ll have a banana keyboard out that you can play!
TrailOff: Immersive audio off the beaten path
Come check out TrailOff, the FREE app from Swim Pony with immersive dramas by incredible BIPOC and LGBTQ+ authors. With the magic of GPS-triggered audio, cutting-edge sound design and storytelling, it drops you right into the center of the story.
Wordplay: Poetry Collage with GrioXArts
In honor of National Poetry Month, GrioXArts will provide demonstrations and facilitate activities on how to create poetry collages. Guests will learn about short poetic forms while developing their own unique collage.
