Applications for Maker Faire Philadelphia 2025 - Now Open!

Maker Faire Philadelphia will showcase all kinds of amazing work by makers of all ages. If you have a Do It Yourself (or Do It Together) attitude and want to share your work with a curious and engaged audience, then apply to Maker Faire. We encourage all makers, from startups and science clubs to inventors and artists to apply.  We particularly love exhibits that are interactive and those that show the making process.

We expect to see: drones, robots, art, VR, electronics, textiles, fashion, biotech, performances, films, rockets, food, 3D printers, green technology, tools, unusual machines, glass, toys, and more.

There is NO FEE to participate if you are not selling or promoting a product, service, or organization.

Application Process

If you are interested in sharing your work at the Maker Faire, please complete the application form by pressing the button below.

In the application, we ask you to provide some details about what you make and how you want to share it. Please put some extra thought into the project description, which we use to promote your exhibit on our website, social media, and at the event. We also ask about what resources you will need to share your work and how you intend to interact with the Maker Faire attendees. While the application is detailed, it does allow you to save a partial application and return to complete it later.
