Lauren Geschel

Lauren Geschel is a 16-year veteran Philadelphia public school teacher and a lifelong tea drinker. After years of dealing with disposing of annoying teabags, she created the ‘teatrap’- a disposable container that attaches right to take-out containers. She opened up the LLC The Catcher in the Tea and is currently in patent pending status with her idea. She is currently working on making a non-disposable prototype, and fundraising/taking on investors to take her project to the next level.
