What inspired you to make this project?
after spending over a decade in the fashion industry, I hit a wall—burnout had drained my creativity and left me searching for something more fulfilling. In my search for balance, I turned to art therapy, and it was there that I rediscovered the power of creativity, not just as a form of self-expression but as a way to heal. I experienced firsthand how working with my hands, moving through emotions, and connecting with others in a creative space could be deeply restorative.
that realization inspired me to create a space where women—regardless of skill level—can come together, unwind, and tap into their creativity without pressure or expectation. My workshops blend artistry with community, offering a fun and welcoming environment to explore different crafts, connect with like-minded people, and simply enjoy the process. Whether it’s flower pounding, eco-dyeing, or block printing, each class is designed to be an opportunity for relaxation, self-expression, and connection.
at its heart, this workshop is about more than just making something beautiful—it’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, create with purpose, and share that experience with others.
