Soft Circuit Glove Doll

Craft
These projects combine Lilypad soft circuits, coding and fiber crafts. The dolls are made of a pair of thin, stretchy gloves filled with stuffing. Felt can be used for clothing. Lilypad soft circuits are used to add LEDs to the craft.

What inspired you to make this project?
The summer learning theme for Pennsylvania Libraries is "Libraries Rock". The Chester Springs Library received a "Making the Future" grant from Coginizant in 2017 and the Lilypad soft circuitry is part of the projects funded in the grant. I combined a fun and easy craft project with the theme and the soft circuits to develop this project.
