Hi! I started Eclectiprint with a simple mission — make eclectic prints for eclectic people. My personal interests include Pokemon, gaming, craft, and science (with a focus on biology; I gotta put my degree to use somehow!) so I like to have my prints reflect that. With the amount of print farms in market places and online, I wanted to add a little authenticity to all my prints. With only one printer, I design, print, and finish/process all my 3D prints myself, ensuring each print was made with love and the best quality I can provide.

Hi! My name is Allison and I’m a graduate from Rowan University where I studied biology and computer science. I’ve been 3D printing since high school and it was a hobby I always found myself coming back to time and time again. Now that I have more free time, I decided to put more energy towards my passions and started Eclectiprint, where I make eclectic prints for eclectic people. With 10+ years of experience in 3D printing and CAD design, I hope to continue learning more skills and making more prints to share with others!

What inspired you to make this project?
Rather than keeping my years of designs to myself, I thought that there are probably people out there who share some of my interests so I wanted to make a space for others to enjoy and interact with them in their daily lives!

What are some of the challenges you have encountered and how did you address them?
As someone who still hasn’t tackled Blender (I promise I will one day!), I’ve had to get very creative in my CAD designs. With each new challenge — and several hours spent tackling it — my CAD repertoire continues to grow for me to make more things in the future!
