Wayne Pavalko is a passionate electronics and hardware tinkerer. After doing some experiments with Arduino and ocean hardware, he found himself supporting the ocean research community with custom technology. Those efforts eventually resulted in Maker Buoy, an open source hardware and software design for ocean exploration.
